Position Summary:
Fund Distribution Deputy Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with bank and non-bank partners to drive the distribution of the company’s investment products. This role involves building strong relationship, ensuring product knowledge, sales support, and strategic alignment to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement sales plans to achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank parners, relationship managers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide product training and market updates to bank relationship managers to ensure deep understanding of investment products.
- Support joint client meetings to deliver tailored investment advice and solutions.
- Drive sales performance and product penetration across assigned bank branches.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the bank channel.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Work with internal teams (product, marketing, compliance) to support channel initiatives.
- Collect feedback from bank partners to improve product offerings and advisory tools.
- Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to provide insights on product development and positioning.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution of open-ended fund and other investment products through bank channels.
- Experiences on investment, securities, priority banking, and wealth management.
- Having certificates related to securities such as certificate of the basic of securities and the securities market, certificate of the law on securities and the securities market, certificate of securities analysis and investment, certificate of securities brokerage and securities investment advisory.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of investment products and investment advisory.
- Sales-driven with a collaborative mindset.
Other Requirements:
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to travel to bank branches and attend joint client meetings.
